We know how hard it is to find the right provider.

Not everyone understands the research and science behind holistic medicine (some practitioners included). We also know that you’ve likely exhausted what feels like every other option to feel better or find health with limited, short-lived, or no success at all.

If this sounds like your health journey … we’re sorry we didn’t find one another earlier.

The options feel endless

We designed Well Set’s full-service model for quality whole body wellness to make choosing whose hands, literally, to put your health into as easy as possible. We’ve done the hard work for you by bringing together the best experts in Denver (who we trust with our own families) to join our team.

Your pain, frustration, and figuring out your health alone stops here and now.

We've got good news. We've got good news. We've got good news. We've got good news. We've got good news. We've got good news.

We promise to:

Spend more one-on-one time with you

Our shortest visit is 15 minutes, with initial visits ranging from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the service

Make you our only priority

Instead of spending only a portion of your visit with you, you’ll work directly with our chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, and massage therapists (who have the advanced certifications and decades of experience) during your visit

Value your time

We’ll re-evaluate your progress during each visit and make adjustments to your treatment in real-time — We’ll never use lengthy, expensive, or one-size fits all treatment plans or approaches. We’ll learn about your life and daily routine to help you make adjustments to change what might be exacerbating or delaying your progress

What others are saying

"Dr. Chase is a miracle worker!

I reinjured my lower back skiing this past winter and after one visit had immediate relief. I have been seeing him ever since for regular maintenance and feel amazing. Having gone to several chiropractors over the years, Dr. Chase is one of the best. He listens and is attentive to what you are feeling. Cannot recommend him and Well Set enough!

Chiropractic

Our doctors are trained in chiropractic manipulative therapy from Palmer College of Chiropractic. We utilize a hands-on approach, including techniques mainly known in the chiropractic world as Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson Drops, and Activator (if needed), to name a few. Our doctors have advanced training in extremity adjusting (e.g., ankles, wrists, shoulders, and feet) and are well rounded in their approaches. We are also extremely well-versed in standard protocols for all types of issues and for all types of people (e.g., athletes, pregnant women, infants, children).
  • Sports Chiropractic (CCSP).
  • Prenatal Chiropractic (i.e., Webster Technique).
  • Pediatric Chiropractic (CACCP).

Our doctors will also utilize other active modalities such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (such as Graston or FAKTR), Manual Therapy (such as ART or muscle activation techniques), Kinesiology Taping (as well as Functional Taping), and Myofascial Release.

Starting with one of our chiropractors is right for you if you have: Pregnancy pain or a breech pregnancy, acute pain due to injury, structural issues such as teenage scoliosis or infant torticollis, chronic conditions like headaches or migraines, or if you experience more general pain (e.g., neck pain, low back pain, sciatica).

Physical Therapy

Our in-house physical therapist, Dr. Rachel McKeon, specializes in treating pelvic floor dysfunction in all genders and in managing injuries and pain resulting from general orthopedic and sports-related conditions. Pelvic floor diagnoses we most commonly treat are pregnancy-related, postpartum rehabilitation needs, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and constipation. Common orthopedic and sports-related conditions we help patients resolve include muscle tears, strains, and specific injuries.

Our approach to physical therapy focuses on body mechanics and treating the whole person rather than focusing solely on the area of concern. Well Set physical therapy treatments may include manual therapy services such as myofascial release, trigger point release work, gentle joint mobilization, or Functional Dry Needling to address chronic muscle tension and/or dysfunction. Each physical therapy patient receives an individualized exercise prescription.

Who it’s for: Prenatal, Pregnancy, and Postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, Diastasis Recti, and specific injuries such as disc bulges or herniations.

Massage Therapy

Well Set’s massage therapists are important members of our multidisciplinary team, and like any of our other experts, can operate as a “stand-alone” option for treatment (i.e., you don’t have to come in for a chiropractic visit to get a therapeutic massage). With certifications in prenatal massage, specializations in advanced techniques (e.g. Thai massage, myofascial stretching), and expertise in pain reduction protocols for specific conditions such as TMJ and migraines, our massage therapy team’s knowledge and skills are matched only by how much they genuinely care about our patients. Depending on your presenting need or issue, our massage therapists will work with you to identify the type of massage (e.g., prenatal massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage) that will work best for you and your preferences.

Schedule with one of our massage therapists to relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, relax, enhance exercise performance, or complement one of the other treatments you receive through one of our other providers.

What others are saying

"The most knowledgeable and caring practitioners

The perfect central location, beautiful energy in the space, the most knowledgeable and caring practitioners, so happy to have found this place to help take care of aches, lost energy, alignment, and so much more! love, love love!

Step One

Schedule an appointment!

Your initial visit will be your longest (depending on the service it will be between 45 and 90 minutes), and we’ll use this time to learn as much as we can about you and what brought you to Well Set. We’ll come up with an initial treatment plan based on the goals we’ll mutually set for your health, and you’ll receive your first treatment. At the end of your visit, you and your provider will figure out what to do next, which is usually scheduling your next visit.

Step Two

Start feeling better!

During each subsequent visit after your first, we’ll re-evaluate your individual experience and tailor our treatment approach to what you report and are experiencing. We keep your goals in mind every step of the way. While we do not support treatment strategies that require up front commitments, multiple weeks of more than one visit per week, or even ongoing weekly visits, you’ll likely come back for a few more. Once you’re in pain, the root cause is usually something we’ll have to work on for a bit to fix.

Step Three

Sustain your results!

As soon as you’re feeling better and are pain free, we’ll begin increasing the amount of time between your visits. Many of our patients come as infrequently as they choose, with most of them choosing to come in more frequently than we would direct them to (What can we say? Our patients love us as much as we love them!). Remember, though, we abide by the “few and through” rule — if you aren’t noticing progress within a few visits, we’ll get you to the right provider in or out of our office.
