We have plenty of spots in our building’s underground garage, accessed through the front of the building near the west end. If for some reason these spots are full, there is plenty of street parking on W 29th Ave or on one of the surrounding streets.
We’re located on the 2nd floor of the building on the far east side (which makes our outdoor patio even more awesome in our opinion). Once you enter the first floor from the garage, there is a staircase in the back of the building that leads you to the 2nd floor. Also, you can take the elevator in the front of the building to the 2nd floor. If you get lost, just start yelling “Dr. Hayley!” and she’ll come find you! (Not really, but you should give it a try and see what happens).
New patient appointments take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Follow up appointments are usually 15 minutes, but they can be up to 30 minutes if the doctor specifies or if you choose to add on more manual therapies (like an extended ART session).
We’re not too picky! Athletic clothing is preferred. But don’t stress out if you’re coming in work attire. We have on-site community tops and shorts if the doctor needs to reach a specific area for taping or soft tissue work. We promise we wash them every time someone wears them!
